We’re growing again! Tennessee Nonprofit Network (TNN) is excited to announce our search for a dynamic and experienced West Tennessee Membership & Program Manager to join our growing team!
About the Role:
As the West Tennessee Membership & Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the nonprofit sector across the region. You will be responsible for:
- Membership Growth: Recruiting new nonprofit members and re-engaging lapsed members.
- Building Connections: Creating opportunities for members to connect, share best practices, and learn from each other.
- Program Champion: Supporting the delivery of TNN programs and services in West Tennessee, including boot camps, workshops, conferences, and more.
- Partnership & Advocacy: Leading the development of partnerships and advocating for policies that benefit West Tennessee nonprofits.
- Building Brand Awareness: Promoting TNN’s brand and disseminating valuable resources to members, including research, advocacy updates, and technical assistance.
You are a great fit if you:
- Have a proven track record of success in membership recruitment and retention.
- Possess excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Are a strong communicator with experience in public speaking and written communication.
- Have a deep understanding of the West Tennessee nonprofit landscape.
- Are proficient in project management and event planning.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and thrive on achieving results.
