2026 Fundraising and Volunteer Management Learning Cohort Scholarships Now Available For Tennessee Nonprofits!

Tennessee Nonprofit Network is thrilled to announce our second round of TeamUp cohorts! TeamUp was one of our most successful initiatives in 2024-2025, and we’re excited to be bringing these important cohorts back. Launching in 2026, TeamUp offers two distinct statewide learning cohorts – one focused on fundraising excellence and the other on mastering volunteer management.

In our first year, we had some amazing results! The success of our inaugural year demonstrates the power of this program:

Fundraising Cohort Participants:

  • Brought in an average of 42 new donors.
  • Raised an additional $36,757 on average in new donations.
  • Generated a remarkable $166,258 in individual fundraising revenue.

Volunteer Program Cohort Participants:

  • 60% of participants saw an increase in volunteer participation due to their involvement.
  • Turned an average of 27 volunteers into donors.

Why TeamUp?

Running a successful nonprofit requires a strong foundation in both fundraising and volunteer engagement. TeamUp goes beyond basic workshops, providing in-depth training, resources, and dedicated support to help your organization reach new heights. Here’s what participating nonprofits can expect:

  • Access to Online Curriculum: Get access to our Engaging and Retaining Individual Donors or our Volunteer Program Design Lab curricula at no cost.
  • Tennessee Nonprofit Conference: All participants who successfully complete the program will join others at our 2026 Tennessee Nonprofit Conference in Nashville in later 2026. Participants will gather for a special pre-conference session followed by access to the full conference. Expenses including travel, hotel, and conference registration will be paid for 100 participating nonprofits to participate in the full conference the day after the pre-conference session.
  • Peer Learning: Join monthly virtual peer learning sessions to unpack the course materials, and join regional meetups for additional peer learning opportunities. Travel stipends are available for regional meetups for rural participants.
  • Completion Grant: Participants who complete the program will receive a $250 completion grant.

This opportunity is valued at $5000 per participant.
