Call for Speakers: 2025 Nonprofit Advocacy Summit and Day on the Hill

Tennessee Nonprofit Network is excited to announce that we will host our 2nd Annual Advocacy Summit on Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 in Nashville, TN. This event will be held at the historic Scarritt Bennett Center.

This full-day event is designed to empower nonprofit professionals to engage in public policy and advocacy, build relationships with lawmakers, and make a lasting impact on the issues that matter to your organization and community.

Whether you’re new to advocacy or a seasoned pro, we have something for everyone. With sessions tailored to different experience levels—Advocacy 101 for beginners, Advocacy 201 for those looking to strengthen their influence, and Advocacy 301 for expert advocates—you’ll find workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities to help you navigate Tennessee’s legislative landscape.

You’ll hear from inspiring speakers, including Tiffany Gourley Carter from National Council for Nonprofits, and participate in breakout sessions that focus on preparing for meetings with legislators, discussing real-world advocacy strategies, and more. It’s an ideal chance to connect with like-minded professionals, gain new insights, and get ready for Nonprofit Day on the Hill the next day on Wednesday, February 5th at the State Capitol!
