As Mental Health Awareness Month unfolds, it’s imperative to shed light on the critical importance of mental health in the workplace. With one in five adults in the U.S. experiencing a mental illness and only 47% of adults with mental illness receiving treatment, the need for adequate support and resources has never been more pressing.
