Tennessee Nonprofit Network

Fundraising and Volunteer Management Learning Cohort Scholarships Now Available For Tennessee Nonprofits!

Tennessee Nonprofit Network (TNN), with support from the Fidelity Charitable® Catalyst Fund, is thrilled to announce TeamUp, a brand new initiative designed to empower your organization. Launching in October 2024, TeamUp offers two distinct statewide learning cohorts – one focused on fundraising excellence and the other on mastering volunteer management.

Why TeamUp?

Running a successful nonprofit requires a strong foundation in both fundraising and volunteer engagement. TeamUp goes beyond basic workshops, providing in-depth training, resources, and dedicated support to help your organization reach new heights. Here’s what participating nonprofits can expect:

  • Collaborative Kickoff: TeamUp kicks off with a free pre-conference convening on October 2 before the Tennessee Nonprofit Conference in Memphis, TN. This event allows you to set goals, connect with fellow participants, and build a roadmap for success.
  • Tennessee Nonprofit Conference: Expenses including travel, hotel, and conference registration will be paid for 100 participating nonprofits to participate in the full conference the day after the kickoff.
  • Focus and Flexibility: Choose your learning path – fundraising or volunteer management. Each cohort delves deep into its respective area, offering comprehensive online resources accessible on your own schedule. You’ll receive access to our new fundraising or volunteer management curriculum.
  • Network and Learn: TeamUp isn’t just about individual growth. You’ll connect and share experiences with peers on the same journey, fostering a supportive learning environment. Each month, organizations will participate in free virtual peer learning sessions facilitated by a fundraising or volunteer management expert.
  • Expert Guidance: Gain an edge with personalized coaching tailored to your organization’s specific needs. Get expert advice on demand to address your unique challenges and unlock your full potential. All participants will have free access to fundraising or volunteer management coaches in addition to the online curriculum and monthly peer learning sessions.
  • Putting Knowledge into Action: Upon completing the program, qualifying nonprofits will receive a small completion grant to help implement the learned strategies and make a lasting impact.

Investment in Your Impact

TeamUp is a unique opportunity to elevate your skills, strengthen your organization, and ultimately, maximize your positive impact on the community. Applications for the cohorts are now open!
