By connecting and learning together, we can make both our organizations and our sector stronger, and ultimately have a greater positive impact on the community that we serve. Organizational membership is free and open to nonprofit organizations operating in, or serving residents of, the state of Tennessee. Tennessee Nonprofit Network is one of the only state associations in the country offering free membership to nonprofit organizations.

Eligibility
Membership is open to nonprofit organizations in Tennessee and/or serve Tennessee residents. Members must:
- Have already received their 501(c)3 designation
- Have a board with at least three (3) members, including a Board Chair and Board Secretary, per state law
- Be in good standing with the state of Tennessee and the Internal Revenue Service
