This is a four-month journey designed to give CEOs like you the tools to lead with confidence and cultivate a truly high-performing board.

What You’ll Achieve

This cohort provides a dynamic, hands-on learning experience that goes beyond theory. You’ll gain practical skills to tackle your biggest challenges and drive your mission forward. This program will empower you to:

  • Ignite Commitment: Articulate the critical responsibilities of your board, from fundraising to fiscal oversight, inspiring a culture of active participation and shared ownership.
  • Clarify Your Impact: Distinguish between governance and management to help your board focus on strategic direction, not micromanagement.
  • Build Unbreakable Bonds: Develop the skills to foster healthy, productive relationships between you and your board, based on mutual respect and collaboration.
