Welcome to Nonprofit Board Diversity Learning Lab! The goal of this interactive course is to equip nonprofit leaders and board leaders with the tools they need to better diversify their boards. This is not an easy process, but we have laid out a roadmap for you to follow at your own pace that is based on research and data that is proven to be successful. Follow the guidance we provide in this course, and you’ll be on your way to a more diverse and successful board of directors!
