Nonprofit Board Essentials, an online learning opportunity for you and your board members, is an easy, practical way to learn board governance best practices outside of the classroom. This asynchronous learning includes six modules ranging from legal compliance to diversity & inclusion to the board/CEO relationship. Board members can learn at their own pace, and the modules include supplemental materials which can be downloaded and immediately used by participants.
