Your Voice Matters: Take the “Snapshot of the State of the Nonprofit Sector in Tennessee” Survey!

Tennessee’s nonprofit sector is the heart of our communities, providing vital services and support across the state. But to truly understand the current landscape and ensure these organizations have the resources they need, we need your input. That’s why we’re launching the “Snapshot of the State of the Nonprofit Sector in Tennessee” survey.

This survey is more than just data collection; it’s an opportunity for your organization to share its story. We want to hear about your successes, the challenges you face, and the impact you’re making in your community. Your experiences will directly influence how funders in our area prioritize their grantmaking, ensuring that resources are directed where they’re needed most.

Why Participate?

  • Shape Funding Decisions: The aggregated, anonymized results of this survey will be shared with funders, providing them with a clear picture of the sector’s needs. If we have enough response from your area, we will also disaggregate by county for a fuller picture!
  • Advocate for Your Organization: Your participation helps us advocate for policies and resources that support Tennessee’s nonprofits.
  • Share Your Story: We may reach out to feature your organization’s inspiring work in future communications, amplifying your impact.
  • Contribute to a Stronger Sector: By participating, you’re contributing to a collective understanding of the sector, strengthening our ability to address challenges and seize opportunities.

How to Participate:

The survey is open until March 7th. We understand your time is valuable, so we’ve designed the survey to be as efficient as possible. While you are welcome to only answer the questions you feel comfortable with, we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible to give us a comprehensive view of your organization’s situation.
